Esada Karović spent most of her working life in finance and accounting, and after graduating from high school and studies at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, she obtained licenses as a certified accountant, certified forensic auditor for accounting and finance, certified appraiser and certified internal auditor in BiH.

She has achieved a professional career through engagements from associates to management, through the sectors of finance, financial and cost accounting, production control and financial control of large corporations, entrepreneurship development through innovation and introduction of new technologies, work on developing modern ERP solutions tailored to large corporations, together with software engineers, and the introduction of digitalization of business in business entities.

She has worked on the development of the Shared Service Center for centralized accounting functions of various countries and tax regulations in Central and Southeast Europe.

He won the award from the Institute of Physics of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Sarajevo in the field of optics and atomic physics.
