She graduated in Management and Economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla. She has a master's degree in service business management from the College of Modern Business in Belgrade (MBS). She successfully completed a master's degree at the IEDC Bled School of Management and obtained a master's degree in management in the Slovenian language, receiving a second-level master's degree in the European Higher Education Area - 120 ECTS. She holds the IEDC-IEDC Bled School of Management Certificates, the Korn & Korn-Value Creation for Financial Institutions for Financial Indicators and Risk Analysis, the Academy of Finance Bonn - the Certificate for Risk Detection in Lending to Corporate Clients.

Since 1993, she has been employed in international organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina: the Italian Consortium in BiH, the UN World Food Program in Tuzla, and USAID Business Finance as a credit officer.

Since 2003, she has been actively employed in the banking sector, where she takes over the position of head of the main branch of Tuzla HBFBiH and moves to the position of General Manager / CEO of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing d.o.o. Banja Luka. Until the middle of 2014, he performed the duties of a member of the Management Board of Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d. Banja Luka. After that, he joined NLB Banka d.d., Sarajevo, where he performed the function of Advisor to the Management Board and, upon the authorization of the Management Board, performed the function of the Executive Director of NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo. Since January 2015, she has been a member of the Management Board of NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo in the position of Executive Director.

Since January 1, 2017, she has been the President of the Management Board of NLB Bank d.d., Sarajevo, in charge of retail and legal entities, legal affairs, product development and sales support, marketing & PR, and human resources management.
